My name is Chris my order number is 6007 I reside in Washington State.... I want a refund.. I was told by Sree more then a week ago he will find my order which he says that fedex must have lost cuz he sent it for sure.  He also said if he couldnt find it he would send out a replacement order that same day..... I haven't even got a tracking number or a courtesy call telling me hey we sent your stuff.  I've wrote 2 Emails after that no response I wrote a 3rd tonight.. all I want now is my money back... if you are a reputable company even in the slightest you will honor my request becaues lets face it I ordered I payed I came through on my end of the deal.. YOur site says orders will ship within 48-72 hours of payment.. Well guess what its gonna be a month soon and my order hasnt even reached the fedex desk..... ALL I WANT IS A REFUND thank you.. if you have any  questions or need a way to contact me ask sree he should have my number or email me at rokunited@hotmail.com.................   If you are reading this and you know someone personally who works for motoneko please ask them WTF for me from a rider to all you other riders....

I'm in the same boat as you.  I posted a comment under the last motoneko thread citing great customer service I received during the order process - received fast responses to every email question I sent.  Guess what....as soon as my credit card was charged, they stopped responding to me.  No tracking number, no update on the status of my order, nothing.  I emailed and emailed and nothing. 

So the other day, I opened a claim with American Express.  Funny...the very next day I get an email from motoneko apologizing for the delay and saying that my order was ready to ship out.  I told them to just give me my money back - which I am still waiting on. 

If anyone else is out there waiting for their sh*t from motoneko, and are being ignored, dispute the charge with your credit card company.  Maybe they will get their act together when the credit card companies start threatening to take away their ability to accept their cards.

Imagine that....   I think we've discovered a trend...  Their move was the 1st week of June 2009 so why would they have the same type of complaints dated back more then two years ago... Iono I just want a refund I wrote them and told them I will wait till the 8th before I issue my complaints to the BBB as well as my credit card company.. Is there a way to take them to small claims court if I dont live in that state? If there is I would do it just for shits and giggles.. and to get my money back... take them to judge judy OMFG im gonna write JUDGE JUDY she will set these guys straight har har har... happy 4th everyone

My 2cents.. As a rule of thumb, I never buy stuff from a internet based company that has not customer service deparment I can contact by phone and physical address clearly posted on the website. I do my homework thoroughly and strongly believe in the very true fact that if the deal sound to good to be true it probably eint.

 

for all those caught up in this mess, call your credit card company and dispute the charges. You will get your money back.

Sure is. Well the pitiful remark could be because of so many of these post about Moteneko. lol

 

Problem solved disputed with credit card company and will get a credit for the amount on the 16th.... So if you are having the same issue or know someone having the same issue just dispute it with your credit card company like someone suggested and you will be taken care of.

How do I contact Motoneko? They have a message saying they're moving and please be patient. That was left on their site at the beginning of JUNE! I've called my CC company, but they can't do anything yet. No phone, no e-mail reply, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not give up til i talk with this guy even if i have to go looking for him. Their site needs to be shut down if this is the way they're doing busines This is the 2nd time I've gone through this and I'm pi**ed. In June I ordered a jacket from them and cancelled, but from what I can see, it remained charged to my card If I'm wrong about that, Motoneko, prove it to me and I will retract this. Of course, you'd have to take the time to actually CALL ME. Shawn
