    495 wheelie crash

We'll you can say I had it coming we have a nice lil crew that gets on 495 all weekend long and slow traffic down while we do standup wheelies for miles at about 60mph. We'll this day was my day, my wrist was tired from all the standups we were doing and I when and did one to many, my arm being tired caused me to slouch on my bike while the front was up and I twisted the throttle a little to much. I felt the tail start to drag and killed the power however that wasn't enough to bring me back down I was already at 1 oclock so I started reaching for the back break, couldn't get it in time so, the bike started to wobble violently on me. I did not want to let go of my baby but I had to. Yes gear saved my skin, I slid and slid and slid down 495 for I don't know how long on my back. My head smacked the ground so hard glad my helmet was the right size and fit to protect me.

Some how my bike feel right over on the extra long frame slider I had on it and just spun around down the highway. So my bike stayed together and only suffered some tail damage and a scratch on the side fairing, and a slight bend in my front rim, I had already ordered some chrome rims the week before so I wasn't trippin.  LOL gotta love frame sliders. I hoped up luckly all the non-stunters were behind us holding up traffic so I didn't get run over. Thanks guys ya'll prob. saved my life. My bike started right up on the first try and I took off.

You know, part of me is glad you're okay because I hate to hear about riders going down. But at the same time, I have no sympathy for riders like you, who pop wheelies on freeways and do stupid stuff like you do giving riders like me a bad rap because we're guilty by association. So, the other side of me is like, you definitely got what was coming to you. The sad thing though was that you weren't hurt enough to stop doing it. So, you'll probably hit 495 again this weekend and pull the same stupid crap you were doing last weekend. Stay geared up because eventually, your luck will really run out and you won't have a barrier of riders protecting you and you will get smacked by a car or worse. Again, I hope it doesn't happen because you'll regain some intelligence and stop doing what you're doing. But on the chance you don't... I pray the people who love you don't go through too much anguish when it happens.

Spray some Round-Up on those weeds.

    Re: 495 wheelie crash

You freakin IGIT!  You know how many times I get stuck in the freakin 495 parking lot?!!!?!!  Now you gonna tell me that one of the reasons I get stuck in this traffic is because dumb-azzez like you are purposely holding traffic back so you can practice riding a freakin wheelie!?!!!!   WTF?!!!   Do you have NO consideration of other drivers?!!!   No consideration of other riders?!!!  Who are pissin and moanin because we are stuck on our bikes in freaking killer heat and humidity because some jack-off wants to play Jason Britton down freakin 495!???  WTH!!!!

On another note.  I'm glad your not hurt.  Your "crimes" do not warrant pain or death in my opinion but I would like to personally come up to you and smack you in the back of your head (you know that part where it hooks in the back) and ask you what in the hell were you thinking?!!!

On another note still.... you think you can teach me how to ride a wheelie?

To let everyone know he can do a wheelie... he bought some good frame sliders... he bought the correct size helmet... oh, and he bought some chrome rims.  He's cool! Cool

Also exercise is important because you can experience fatigue while stunting and fatigue can lead to accidents.  Get down and give me 10 private!

I hate it when any bike, car, truck or semi's inconvenience others on the road. I hate it even more when the inconvenience is caused by some idiot showboating.

I would really careless if you got crashed by chasin traffic. You are lucky that your actions did not scare some old lady into cause a car pileup on 495. Innocent families have been deprived of loved ones cause of morons like you.

Get an empty parking lot and do all the wheelies you want bro.

There was a post about some guy a couple weeks ago doing wheelies in a shopping center lot that lost control and hit a building...DOA.

I wonder if the original poster has some of them shoes with the steel bottoms for sliding your feet on the pavement?
