    Sat Morn 8-30 MountainBike Ride

Last time we had a great turnout and an excellent day.  Let's get it going again.  The trail is moderately difficult single-track and about 9.5 miles in length.  Planning on doing lunch somewhere again after to put back the calories we lost!! (We'll decide where to eat w/ a group decision)

    Day: Saturday, August 30th

Meet Time:  0900 at the BOJANGLES off of rt 301
              7571 SE Crain Highway
              Upper Marlboro, MD 20772\

*If you're usually late (like me), the meet time is 0830

    Ride Place: Rosaryville State Park
              8714 Rosaryville Road
              Upper Marlboro MD 20772

    A Few Friendly Reminders:

    * Dress accordingly-- Right now there's a slight chance of isolated T-storms (I don't mind riding through the rain, but we'll play it by ear)
    * Bring plenty of water-- Hydration is good
    * Bring a helmet-- Crashing is more fun with gear on
    * Bring a couple bucks cash for park entrance fee-- $3/vehicle; $4/vehicle out-of-state residents

If anyone needs my cell phone number, PM me.

I know right!!  I've done it again with wearing long-sleeve underarmour and knee-high socks and that definately helped out alot

Oooo... there's actually a Bojangles around here?

    Like, as in chicken?

Haven't seen one in decades so I had to ask.

No, the meet spot "Bojangles" with the address is just code. I thought I'd post a fake one to throw people off Idea

Guess I spend too much time north of the beltway.  I should get out more.

not to mention is going to be raining....riding a mountain bike trail when the ground is wet is bad for the trail...most places shut down 24 hours after soaking rain Sad <sigh>
