Just posting up to introduce myself. A friend from another group was giving me some riding advice and one point was to join this site.
I've had my M lisc for several years, begged and borrowed rides when I could. A buddy lent me his BMW R90S to ride while we were at Bike Week a couple years ago.
Since Kawasaki first came out with the Ninja 650R I've been reading about it, going to the shops sitting on them and drool over them, planning in my head the rides I'd take and country roads I'd explore. Its taken a while but last week I finally went into a local shop and rode out on one, my first bike. I've had it for close to two weeks now and have ridden just about everyday and thoroughly loving it!
I've taken the MSF course a couple years ago, and admit I still have a lot to learn. Hopefully I'll gather a few tips and techniques here and eventually meet a few folks and even go along on some rides. Till then, here's a few pics from the third day I had it.
